Megan specialises in all things hair, with a love of cutting short hair because the devil is in the detail.
How Long have you been hairdressing?
I’ve been hairdressing for about 20(ish) years formally, but I have been a hairdresser for my entire life. It’s not a job, it’s a calling!
What’s your favourite thing about hairdressing?
The people, and getting to live a creative life and still get paid for it 😉
Who or what inspires you?
Literally every single person and experience in my life! I am obsessed with people and human relationships.
How would you describe your style?
Whatever I feel like dressing up as on the day…that would probably be Eclectic lol!
What’s a weird fact that no one would know about you?
Hmm, I actually recharge by being alone.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
The sky is the limit! I want to open an education company, fly around the world doing hair shows and continue to build an incredible business that produces the best hairdressers in the business.
Ebony She/Her
Rising Star Junior Stylist
Ebony is developing into a colour master under Paiges’s tutelage so if Paige is unavailable you can trust that Ebony can help you with all your colour needs.
How long have you been hairdressing?
Just over a year!
What’s your favourite thing about hairdressing?
Being able to be creative and have fun every day, while making people feel confident. Also I love talking so basically it’s my dream job haha
Who or what inspires you?
I’m super inspired by the alternative hairdressing scene in Taiwan and Japan. They aren’t afraid to create looks that are so unconventional and out of the box. They create looks that I have never seen in the Australian hairdressing scene. Also Paige’s work is what I aspire to do, so it’s amazing to be learning from them every day.
How would you describe your style?
I feel different every day, but usually I just wear all black or neutral colours. I have a lot of korean fashion on my pinterest so usually its just an alternative version of that.
What’s a weird fact that no one would know about you?
I can’t swim lol
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Fully qualified, being able to do all the creative colours and unconventional cuts on my clients who are open to experimentation.
