In Awe Salon is dedicated to better education in the Australian hairdressing industry.
After 25 years in the industry spending over half of that time educating hairdressers across Australia for international hair care companies and working with apprentices and salon owners Megan saw a need for a decent apprentice training guide that would assist salon owners to teach their Juniors with documents that help keep apprentices on track.
The hero of all the documents is The Apprentice Training Guide.
The guide is available in either a PDF or if you want to rebrand and make it your own there is a canva link.
Both of these only need to be paid for once, meaning that it is available to be downloaded time and time again to use for all apprentices in the future.
